About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day management of online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and profitability of the store
- Accountable for store’s inventory processes and financial management activities

- Proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures
- Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers
