About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the dairy department.
- Lead, coach and develop the Dairy team to hit and exceed KPIs.
- Driving engagement and delivering the best service and quality to our customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct/Indirect leadership experience to meet sales targets and cost control
- Excellent department standards including stock monitoring, rotation routines, waste and quality control
- Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing
- Outstanding shopping experience for customers.
