- Full accountability of store operations during evening and night trade
- Guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop team
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
