Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience required to lead, coach and develop your team
- Ability to energise your team to deliver with pride
- Experience in visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards
- Customer obsession and understanding of our diverse customers
- Ability to drive a one team culture that celebrates success and prioritises health, safety and wellbeing
