About the role
- Manage the day-to-day running of the online department
- Contribute to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring
- Oversee online orders selected and packed by Personal Shoppers
- Report to the Store Manager and lead the team effectively
Requirements
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
- Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met
- Be customer obsessed and better understand diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success.
