About the role
- Have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department.
- Contribute to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring.
- Participate in the selection and packing of online orders.
- Report to the Store Manager and coordinate team efforts.
Requirements
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team.
- Team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
