- Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards
- Customer obsession and understanding of diverse customers
- Ability to drive a one team culture that prioritizes health, safety, and wellbeing.
