Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Keep things simple and inspire customers with visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
- Be customer obsessed and understand diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing
