- Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented and welcoming
- Lead and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control
- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Customer obsessed and understanding of diverse customers
- Drive a culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing
