About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department
- Contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring
- Overseeing a team of Personal Shoppers for online orders selection and packing
- Responsible for orders picked up as part of click and collect / concierge service or delivered to customers
Requirements
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
- Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Customer obsessed and seek to better understand diverse customers
