About the role
- Have full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade
- Guide team members and allocate tasks
- Provide support and direction to be able to provide exceptional service to customers
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience
- Ability to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Knowledge of Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards
- Customer-obsessed with a focus on understanding diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members health, safety and wellbeing
