About the role

  • Reporting to the Online Department Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the online department.
  • You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
  • The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers.
  • The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
  • Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
  • To be flexible with your afternoon and evening working hours
  • To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
  • To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
  • Drive a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success
