About the role
- Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team
- Understanding of visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards
- Ability to be customer obsessed and better understand diverse customers
