About the role
- Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade.
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the local community.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
