  • Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control
  • Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
  • Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
  • Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
