About the role
- Full accountability for running the store during evening and night trade.
- Ensure the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers and team members.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team
- Knowledge to keep things simple and drive customer engagement
- Committed to meet Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards
- A focus on customer service and understanding diverse customer needs
