About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations
- Responsibility for our checkouts and customer service desk
- Contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and local community
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Proven leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- To maintain excellent service standards
- To keep the checkout area clean and safe for our team and customers
- To drive a one team culture which puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
- To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
