About the role
- Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade.
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members, and local community.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control.
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
- Customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
- Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members health, safety and wellbeing first.
