About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department
- Contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members and community.
- Leading a team of Personal Shoppers for online orders.
- Ensuring efficient operation of the click and collect / concierge service and deliveries.
Requirements
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Be customer obsessed and seek to understand diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success.
