About the role
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store
- Achieve key commercial targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and deliver the store retail plan
- Be accountable for all aspects of the store as a highly experienced retail professional.
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Ability to ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers with visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
- Customer obsession, continually seeking to better understand diverse customers
- Ability to drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing
