- Full accountability for running the store during evening and night trade

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control
- Ability to ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met
- Customer obsession and strive to understand diverse customers
