About the role
- Support all operational and people aspects of the store.
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community.
- Report to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Assist the Store Manager to ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met
- Customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture which puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
