About the role
- Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade.
- Ensure the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers and team members.
- Lead, coach and develop the team to meet sales targets.
- Inspire customers by maintaining visual merchandising and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop the team to meet sales targets and cost control.
- Ability to ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
- Customer obsession with a focus on understanding diverse customers.
- Capability to drive a one team culture that celebrates success while prioritizing health, safety, and wellbeing.
