• Join weekly sprint kickoff and review meetings with the leadership team
• Run daily check-ins with internal team members and track progress
• Manage tasks and sprints in ClickUp — create, assign, and follow up on tasks
• Keep our Notion documentation hub up to date and organized
• Communicate clearly with team members across different time zones
• Flag blockers early and help the team resolve them quickly
• Support onboarding of new team members into our tools and processes
• Coordinate between departments: hiring, finance, operations, and development
