About the role

Own and operate CoLab’s US-based cloud infrastructure, including Public Sector environments in AWS, Azure and GCP
Write and maintain Terraform to support infrastructure deployments via SpaceLift
Build and troubleshoot Lambda functions (primarily in Python) to support application and infrastructure automation
Investigate stack traces, diagnose application issues, and contribute to monitoring improvements (especially in APM tracing via DataDog)
Support the broader Platform Team with secure, scalable infrastructure design and implementation
Collaborate closely with Third Party Vendors during the Public Sector implementation and assessments
Actively contribute to internal codebases (Python + IaC) and participate in PR reviews
Take on and eventually lead technical initiatives in Public Sector infrastructure and deployments

5+ years in a hands-on DevOps, Platform, or CloudOps engineering role
Deep experience with AWS (GovCloud preferred) and strong Terraform fluency
Proficiency with Python (especially writing Lambda functions)
Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and secure deployment practices
Strong debugging skills and comfortability in analyzing logs, traces, and error stacks
