• Manage and scale CoinTracker’s affiliate program with tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis
• Partner on SEO improvements and run organic/content experiments
• Implement and maintain attribution frameworks (pixels, CAPI, Roadway, Segment, SDKs)
• Build a campaign and experimentation calendar to ensure high test velocity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, social, finance, and vendors to execute campaigns
• Provide clear reporting on channel performance, ROI, and budget recommendations
• Explore referral, gamification, and viral growth loops to unlock new acquisition sources
• Deliver outcomes: scalable performance marketing, structured affiliate program, increased SEO traffic, trusted attribution, validated experimentation, and clear reporting/dashboards
