About the role
- Design user experiences across CoinTracker’s consumer and enterprise product lines.
- Execute high-quality design work end-to-end with strong ownership of product areas and rapid iteration.
- Design end-to-end flows across mobile and web for B2C and B2B2C surfaces.
- Iterate quickly—exploring multiple UX directions rapidly, creating prototypes, and shipping polished solutions.
- Produce interaction patterns, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes.
- Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to translate product requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Contribute to design system and brand updates ensuring consistency across surfaces.
- Use research findings and usability insights to refine designs and embrace feedback.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, clear end-to-end thinking, and high-quality craft.
- Strong mobile UX skills—comfortable designing native-feeling flows, patterns, and interactions.
- Fast, iterative design style—comfortable generating multiple options quickly and refining based on feedback.
- Strength in interaction design, information architecture, and system-level thinking.
- Ability to deliver polished visuals and thoughtful interactions using Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in B2C or B2B2C products (fintech, consumer apps, crypto/financial products are a plus).
- Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with rapid experimentation.
- Strong collaborator—comfortable working closely with engineering, product, and marketing partners.
- Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity in a startup environment.
