About the role
- Own and lead our TikTok content strategy from idea to execution
- Create high quality short-form video content that educates, entertains, and engages crypto audiences
- Act as the face or voice of CoinStats on TikTok, including on camera presence and editing
- Track TikTok and Instagram trends, challenges, and formats and adapt them in a way that feels native to our brand
- Analyze performance and iterate based on what resonates with the audience
Requirements
- At least one year of experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram, ideally for a brand or a personal account
- Solid understanding of crypto culture, narratives, and basic market dynamics
- Strong grasp of TikTok algorithms, content mechanics, and emerging trends
- Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, with the ability to film, edit, and publish independently
- Familiar with AI-generated video tools and content platforms
- Bonus points if you have motion graphics or graphic design experience
