About the role

  • Own compliance operations tooling end-to-end: requirements intake, solution design, configuration/build, releases, monitoring via metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into system logic: workflows, routing, approvals, risk tiers/flags, exceptions, and case handling.
  • Build and maintain integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data sync) with internal systems; use automation tools where appropriate; lead development of custom integrations when required.
  • Define and track operational metrics (SLA, drop-off, backlog, case quality), and drive improvements based on data.
  • Run UAT, manage change requests, maintain release notes, and ensure safe changes in a sensitive environment.
  • Create documentation (runbooks, SOPs) and train users to ensure adoption and consistent operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and improving business-critical operational tooling (workflow/case/onboarding systems), including hands-on configuration/build.
  • Capability with low-code/no-code platforms and ability to implement logic using rules/expressions and light scripting when needed.
  • Integration experience: APIs/webhooks, data mapping, troubleshooting, and reliability practices (retries, monitoring).
  • Ability to independently drive work “from problem to production”: gather needs, propose solution, implement, document, train, iterate.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment; not tied to a single vendor or product.
  • Practical use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot/Claude or similar) to accelerate analysis, specs/documentation, troubleshooting, and scripting - with strong validation habits and strict data hygiene (no sensitive data leakage).
