About the role
- Analyze current business processes, document existing workflows and system interactions across various departments.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Work with Operations, Compliance, Sales, Product, and IT teams to understand business needs, pain points, and dependencies. Define roadmaps and manage requirements gathering, process design, review, implementation and control.
- Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- Define and track key process metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in the rollout of new or revised processes, including stakeholder training and adoption.
- Partner with IT and Product teams to explore and implement workflow automation tools, business rules engines, and AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure all processes align with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, automate documentation, and improve decision-making. Develop and refine AI-generated prompts to optimize outcomes in business process analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, or related fields within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio), workflow automation tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in drafting SOPs and presenting findings to leadership.
- Understanding of fintech, crypto payments, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Experience with generative AI applications, prompt engineering, and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
