About the role

  • Drive Growth & Sales
  • Engage every customer who walks in — educate, build trust, and close the sale.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement.

  • Act as the in-store crypto expert and trusted guide.
  • Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time.
  • Build long-term relationships that create loyal, returning customers.
  • Provide remote customer support (phone, chat, ticketing) when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and optimize service processes.
  • Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision.
  • Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp.
  • Take responsibility for opening, closing, and maintaining the store’s presentation and standards.
  • Build Community
  • Represent CoinFlip at local events, meetups, and community activities.

Requirements

  • Strong sales motivation and a clear commercial mindset
  • Mandatory knowledge of the crypto world: personal use or familiarity with wallets, exchanges, tokens, blockchain, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque environment
  • Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape
  • Native Italian and fluent English
