Sales

• Market Coinbase’s suite of products & services to protocol teams and token issuers on a global basis
• Provide white-glove sales and relationship management coverage for token issuers
• Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol specific products: Liquifi, token sales, and prime
• Assist senior team members in generating, filtering, and pursuing leads and responding to inbound opportunities

Operations

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Coinbase’s high-net-worth customers, delivering white-glove support across inbound and proactive channels.
• Anticipate customer needs, proactively resolve friction, and create value-add opportunities that deepen trust and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Stay current on crypto markets, Coinbase products, and regulatory developments to guide customers with clarity and confidence.

DevOps Engineer

• Engage in a dynamic role that combines traditional operations responsibilities and active contributions to the development and deployment of cloud-native applications, fostering a DevOps culture that emphasizes collaboration and automation
• Partner across Coinbase to design, implement, and maintain performant, reliable, and secure system architectures
• Provide corporate IAM and DevOps tooling subject matter expertise to adjacent IT, Security, and Engineering teams
• Implement automation tooling and scripts to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks and reduce inefficiencies in system operations
• Create comprehensive documentation and runbooks that detail system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps across system lifecycle

• Partner with teams across the organization to deeply understand workflows, identify pain points, and uncover high-leverage opportunities for AI automation and efficiency gains. Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI use cases.
• Apply advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to rapidly design, build, and iterate on functional prototypes (e.g., AI agents, custom copilots, intelligent workflows) that address business needs. Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to support these solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve prototypes into scalable, secure, production-grade AI solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on AI capabilities, responsible AI usage, prompt engineering best practices, and strategic integration of AI into daily operations. Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.
• Pilot new AI solutions with functional teams, gather feedback, iterate on prototypes, and support adoption to ensure demonstrable value and smooth transitions.

Controller

• Assist with the Company’s product launch review process including review of product requirements document, scoping for finance stakeholder impact and validation of test transactions.
• Assist with preparation of product launch briefs, runbooks, scoping checklists and user acceptance testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including Controllership, Tax, Risk, FP&A, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal to ensure proper finance impact of product launches have been identified and addressed.
