- Partner with teams across the organization to understand workflows and identify pain points for AI automation.
- Apply advanced GenAI techniques to design and iterate on prototypes addressing business needs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
- Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
- Strong technical skills in system design, coding, and debugging complex technical issues.
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., enterprise LLMs like Gemini/Claude).
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI.
