About the role

  • Develop and lead the APAC policy and regulatory strategy across key jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, India, Korea), aligned with global company priorities.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with regulators, finance ministries, central banks, and other government stakeholders; represent the company in meetings, consultations, and industry forums.
  • Advise internal leadership on regulatory risk, policy developments, and strategic opportunities, translating complex policy landscapes into clear, actionable guidance for the business.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in public policy, government affairs, or financial regulation, with a strong track record engaging regulators and policymakers in APAC markets.
  • Strong strategic judgment and execution skills, with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to brief senior executives and influence externally at the highest levels.
