12 + years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages Domain expertise in FinTech and / or trading Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that power significant fund flows You’ve designed, built, scaled and maintained high throughput and low latency production services You’ve experience in architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems that process massive scale Solid communication skills, ability to communicate to stakeholders with various technical and non-technical backgrounds Relentless drive to set and perseverance to achieve ambitious goals Passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together
