Build the emerging onchain platform and future global financial system. Balance individual contributor work with anchoring projects, leading technical direction and mentoring. Architect and develop distributed systems. Provide technical structure and define strategic roadmaps. Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards. Design and implement foundational infrastructure components used by every engineering team. Write high quality, well tested code. Experience decomposing large monoliths into microservices (nice to have). Experience with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, Postgres (nice to have). Built financial, high reliability or security systems (nice to have). Crypto-forward experience and onchain familiarity (nice to have).
