About the role
- Develop and drive Coinbase’s consumer litigation strategy. Manage and run all aspects of consumer arbitration matters, including discovery, fact development, witness preparation, depositions, hearings, motion practice, and arbitration trials. Identify and manage litigation risk and counsel the business to minimize exposure.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience at a top tier law firm or in the government as a trial lawyer or federal prosecutor, particularly with significant experience handling trials, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. Exceptional writing ability. Passionate about trying cases. Enthusiasm for Coinbase’s mission, products, and services. Willingness to travel, and ability to work independently and autonomously Juris doctor from accredited law school required Member of a US state bar in good standing
