About the role
- Develop and refine our product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
- Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of product launches and feature releases.
- Equip the sales team with the knowledge and materials they need to win.
- Serve as the expert on our target buyers, their pain points, and their journey.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content—such as blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and website copy—that drives awareness, generates demand, and establishes The Cohort as a thought leader.
- Engage with our customer base to build a community of advocates, develop case studies, and capture testimonials that bring our value proposition to life.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio of compelling marketing content and sales collateral.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience using market research and data to inform strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- A deep understanding of the HR technology, Talent, or talent acquisition landscape is highly desirable.
