About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discrete projects and workstreams within larger enterprise programs
- Own initiatives end to end, from problem framing with executive sponsors through roadmap development and delivery
- Define outcomes, milestones, owners, and financial impact
- Build and run governance structures, including working sessions, steering committee materials, decision logs, and pre-reads
- Transition delivered work to permanent owners with documentation, cadence, and accountability
- Restart stalled or off-track initiatives
- Establish new capabilities and repeatable ways of working
- Analyze complex business problems and develop decision-ready recommendations
- Identify interdependencies, risks, and structural inefficiencies across the organization
- Streamline business processes and design operating models and decision rights
- Adapt methodologies and frameworks into reusable approaches
- Build AI-enabled agents, automations, and proofs of concept
- Lead change management and enablement, including stakeholder alignment, training, communications, and reinforcement
- Provide executive visibility into progress, outcomes, risks, and lessons learned
- Build AI- and automation-enabled dashboards and reporting
- Define business cases, value realization metrics, and post-implementation validation of impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, program management, or operational excellence within a technology-driven environment
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Ability to design and build AI agents, automations, and proofs of concept independently
- Enterprise systems fluency sufficient to scope and challenge systems-dependent work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Direct C-suite exposure and ownership of executive-level materials
- Ability to respectfully challenge assumptions and align stakeholders
- Experience using project and change management frameworks
- Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels
- Collaborative, curious, and proactive approach in ambiguous environments
- Exposure to M&A integration or structural operating model changes (preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred)
- Legal right to work in the job location
- Willingness to relocate before the start date if outside the designated area
