About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and execute high-impact enterprise transformation programs
Translate strategic objectives into transformation roadmaps with outcomes, milestones, owners, and financial impact
Partner with business and functional leaders to identify, scope, and deliver solutions to critical enterprise challenges
Analyze complex business problems and develop decision-ready recommendations
Identify interdependencies, risks, structural inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Bring structure and momentum to ambiguous initiatives and proactively identify pain points
Streamline and unify business processes, reduce duplication, and improve scalability
Support new operating models and governance frameworks
Drive continuous improvement, simplification, efficiency, and accountability
Apply Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies to accelerate outcomes
Define and track value-realization metrics
Provide executives visibility into progress, outcomes, risks, and lessons learned
Develop tools and frameworks for measuring strategic success
Ensure major initiatives have quantified business cases, benefits tracking, and post-implementation validation

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, program management, or operational excellence within a technology-driven environment
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvement across diverse functions
Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels using project and change frameworks
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
MBA or advanced degree in business, management, or related field preferred
Background in consulting or enterprise transformation within SaaS or technology organizations preferred
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies preferred
Ability to work within the designated job location and have legal right to work in the job location
