About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of TA Operations Specialists in India.
- Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and coverage planning.
- Serve as a hands-on TA Operations Specialist for leadership and high-complexity roles.
- Handle escalations related to processes and systems, resolving issues with sound judgment.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the recruiting lifecycle.
- Continuously assess and improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Use feedback and data to identify trends and drive enhancements to TA operations.
- Partner with People Technology and global stakeholders on change management and rollout of new tools.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to maintain compliance requirements.
- Coordinate closely with People Operations for a seamless, compliant offer-to-hire process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related coordination/program management role.
- 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and the candidate lifecycle, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Familiarity with India employment practices, hiring compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands across a team and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
- Must have English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).
