About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You'll partner with our Modelling organization, supporting teams across Research and Engineering.
Working alongside a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll help leaders build high-performing teams.
You'll contribute across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance, talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational health in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has several years of HRBP or People Partner experience in a fast-paced environment
Has experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or other highly technical organizations
Has experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth companies
Has supported globally distributed organizations
Is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in async environments
Is excited to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time
