Talent Acquisition Partner – G&A/GTM Recruiter
CohereSenior Recruiter responsible for full lifecycle recruitment in various domains for a high growth AI company. Collaborating with leadership to source top talent globally and manage recruitment processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a world class full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for a large volume of global senior level roles across non-engineering teams.
- Partner with hiring managers and org leaders on effective recruiting strategies. Influence where necessary.
- Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby, with diligence.
- Proactively source and recruit top talent.
- Take initiative, introducing talent projects in an effort to optimize efficiencies and take ownership of these projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high growth technology companies with a focus on delivering top talent for Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, Government Affairs and other teams.
- Experience managing a high volume senior level desk in a hyper growth scale-up environment.
- Courage and resilience. Proven ability to source senior level talent. Strong sense of ownership. Strong experience as a consultative partner to leadership teams.
- Creative problem solving skills & thrive under pressure.
- Strong ability to excel in rapidly evolving ambiguous environments.
- You are a natural entrepreneur, an influencer, and enjoy working cross-functionally.
