About the role
- Manage a cross-functional high performing agile automation full stack development team.
- Supervise all automation infrastructure development lifecycle including design, development, deployment and CI/CD processes.
- Build from scratch a large team of server-side, client-side and automation developers with full responsibility on the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Mentor, empower and lead the way to a professional, collaborative and engaged unit.
- Collaborate closely with global development and QA teams, product owners, architects and system integration engineers to identify and solve challenging problems.
- Participate in developing state of the art security technologies and contribute to major projects aimed at improving public safety.
Requirements
- BSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a R&D manager/TL.
- Extensive background professional experience with server-side and technologies in high-performance complex systems.
- Basic understanding of client-side development.
- Working in a global, adaptive and fast-responsive environment.
- In-depth understanding of the entire software development life cycle process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows).
- Experience with software deployment containers such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- An Advantage: Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge.
