About the role
- Develop and execute long-term product strategy for Decision Intelligence business unit
- Lead and mentor Product Management and Product Solutions Management teams
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from market analysis and ideation to launch and post-release optimization
- Partner with R&D leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products
- Use market intelligence, customer feedback, and analytics to refine strategy and maximize revenue
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business unit performance and drive continuous improvement
- Represent Cognyte externally with customers, partners, and industry thought leaders
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management, strategy and R&D roles
- 10+ years in senior leadership positions within high-tech or data-driven industries
- Proven success in complex technological environments, preferably involving AI, data analytics and SaaS solutions
- Strong R&D collaboration experience with ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets through product strategies
- Expertise managing multiple high-impact initiatives in fast-paced, global, competitive markets
- Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities
- Experience with intelligence, law enforcement, and governmental customers is a big advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements, conferences, and product events
