About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead pre-sales activities across North America including customer engagements
  • Collaborate with Account Executives as a subject matter expert
  • Develop compelling product demonstrations
  • Conduct product presentations and POCs for prospects
  • Lead RFI/RFP responses and solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a pre sales or sales engineering role leading technical sales processes
  • Hands on experience selling software solutions to Law Enforcement, Government, or National Security customers
  • Strong understanding of public sector sales cycles and customer expectations
  • 2-4 years of pre sales experience
  • Strong technical background including experience with solution architectures
  • Experience working with Linux environments
  • Good understanding of cloud architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
