Key responsibilities & impact

Lead pre-sales activities across North America including customer engagements
Collaborate with Account Executives as a subject matter expert
Develop compelling product demonstrations
Conduct product presentations and POCs for prospects
Lead RFI/RFP responses and solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a pre sales or sales engineering role leading technical sales processes
Hands on experience selling software solutions to Law Enforcement, Government, or National Security customers
Strong understanding of public sector sales cycles and customer expectations
2-4 years of pre sales experience
Strong technical background including experience with solution architectures
Experience working with Linux environments
Good understanding of cloud architectures
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
