Marketing Manager – Full-Funnel B2B

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your marketing expertise brings our customer journey to life.
- Your marketing assets accompany the B2B lead from the first post through the complete funnel to the first commissioned project.
- You manage the editorial calendar and orchestrate our subject-matter experts.
- You conduct short interviews with our consultants and turn them into high-quality content for specialist articles, whitepapers, or attention-grabbing posts.
- You manage the budget for paid LinkedIn campaigns to increase reach and target decision-makers.
- You select the most relevant industry trade shows — supported by our AI agent — and plan and execute our presence, including measurable ROI targets.
- You build tracking across our marketing channels and our sales pipeline and share the results with your stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B marketing (e.g., campaigns, events, lead generation) – preferably in a consulting or IT environment
- Tech & data affinity: confident use of tracking tools and Excel, enthusiasm for new tools and openness to using AI tools in daily work
- Structured, independent working style and very good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a confident presence
- Enjoy working in a team, pragmatic implementation and willingness to help shape processes
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and events
- Very good German language skills
