- We are looking for a data-driven Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to partner with Sales & Marketing on reporting, analytics, Salesforce management, forecasting, and sales automation tools.
- This position is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).
Requirements
- BA/BS in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math or similar
- Minimum 4-6+ years using Salesforce
- Minimum 4-6 years experience with compensation modeling, managing sales commissions and developing commission structure
- High comfort with and passion for data driven decision making
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to customize, optimize, and leverage the platform to drive sales productivity and data accuracy.
- Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry
- Ability to influence and drive change among partner teams and leadership, in service of building new approaches and shifting the daily behaviors of a team
- Proficiency in and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
