- Director of Client Success: lead growing team of account managers; oversee US client base; cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, Data Science.
- Location: New York with hybrid schedule 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thu/Fri).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent industry experience.
- 8+ years of sales support/client management experience in the digital media industry with 1-2 years managing a team
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Four or more years Programmatic experience.
- Background in programmatic advertising
- Demonstrate experience with decision-making, organization, planning and problem-solving with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
- Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
