About the role

  • Cognitiv is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to help expand our brand presence and generate high-quality leads through impactful events and marketing activations. This role will focus on executing a range of event programs—owned, sponsored, and industry conferences—that support brand awareness, thought leadership, and revenue growth. The Events Marketing Manager will report to the Associate Director, Event Marketing and work closely with the broader Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. This position will be located in our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote optional (Thursday/Friday).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, B2B marketing, or event planning (AdTech or SaaS experience a plus). Proven success supporting sales-driven events, including conferences, sponsorships, and client activations. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail. Strong collaborator with a positive attitude and ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners. Analytical mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performance metrics.
