About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end customer implementation journey, from initial kick-off through to successful completion.
Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Lead onboarding sessions, implementation workshops and project kick-off meetings.
Guide customers through the implementation of security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and Vanta.
Help customers understand implementation milestones, key deliverables and best practices throughout their compliance journey.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, building trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Provide proactive communication and regular implementation updates.
Ensure customer expectations are managed effectively throughout the engagement.
Coordinate GRC Consultants, auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor implementation health, customer engagement and overall project progress.
Identify and proactively remove blockers that could impact customer adoption or implementation success.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Cognisys' implementation methodology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading software, SaaS, cybersecurity or professional services implementations.
Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple customer implementations or projects simultaneously.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities.
Excellent organisational and planning skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
Comfortable learning technical concepts and translating them into clear, business-focused language.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and remove delivery blockers.
